Please note that the operating hours for the free Arriva shuttle bus that runs between Paddington Village Car Park and Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Liverpool will differ over the next two weeks, with extended services on certain days.
Monday 22nd December and Tuesday 23rd December 2025
The bus will run extra journeys from Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Liverpool to Paddington Village Car Park until 8pm.
Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24th December 2025)
Normal service with the last bus from the hospital to the car park at 6:55pm.
Christmas Day (Thursday 25th December 2025) and Boxing Day (Friday 26th December 2025)
There will be no shuttle bus service.
Sunday 28th December 2025
There will be an additional day of service, with the shuttle bus running from 7am until 6:30pm.
Monday 29th December and Tuesday 30th December 2025
The bus will run extra journeys from Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Liverpool to Paddington Village Car Park until 8pm.
New Year's Eve (Wednesday 31st December 2025)
Normal service with the last bus from the hospital to the car park at 6:55pm.
New Year's Day (Thursday 1st January 2026)
There will be no shuttle bus service.
Friday 2nd January 2026
The bus will run extra journeys from Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Liverpool to Paddington Village Car Park until 8pm.
From Monday 5th January 2026
The bus will return to its usual operating hours:
Paddington Village Car Park to Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Liverpool (Monday to Friday only)
Buses to the hospital leave from Smithdown Lane. There is a sheltered waiting area with seating just outside the pedestrian exit of Paddington Village Car Park.
7:15am (07:15) 7:30am (07:30) 7:45am (07:45) 8:00am (08:00)
Then at 00, 15, 30 and 45 minutes past the hour until 6:45pm (18:45) final departure.
Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Liverpool to Paddington Village Car Park (Monday to Friday only)
Buses to the car park leave from the sheltered Merseytravel bus stop outside the Dental Hospital on Pembroke Place.
7:25am (07:25) 7:40am (07:40) 7:55am (07:55) 8:10am (08:10)
Then at 10, 25, 40 and 55 minutes past the hour until 6:55pm (18:55) final departure.
